The Cimarron Chamber of Commerce hosts a number of events throughout the year for our community and our ongoing effort to raise funds for community projects.
Gray County Fair Ribbon Hunt
Held in during the week of the Gray County Fair. Pieces of a picture are posted each day in front of the K-State Research and Extension Office. The ribbon is hidden at the location of the picture – winner receives Cimarron Chamber Bucks.
End of Summer Bash
Held in the Cimarron Crossing Park, the Saturday following the start of school. Activities for people of ALL ages and FOOD!
This event is held in conjunction with Cimarron Elementary School (K-3rd) Halloween Parties. Businesses on Main Street, and the Gray County Courthouse, Shepherd Center, Cimarron Foods, Davis Electric and more have treats for participants.
Great Grocery Giveaway
This fundraiser is held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Tickets are sold and the winner gets to go on a timed shopping spree in Cimarron Foods. Funds raised go towards community projects.
This event is held on the first Saturday of the December and begins with Breakfast with Santa in the morning and the Cimarron Rotary Parade of Lights in the evening.
